We work with miracles.

Our role is to simply steward this land and provide ideal conditions for life to flourish.

Farm Shop

Our approach to vegetable farming does not feel like a new one, but more a re-establishing of what we believe to be previously proven, but forgotten practice. We use spades, wheelhoes, and seeders in order to intensively grow a wide variety of vegetables on a small plot of land. With our tools, we try to maintain the structure of our soil. We also employee newer techniques to better augment these technologies, such as landscaping fabric. We use this to control weeds and reduce labour in weeding. These pieces we re-use for over 10 years before replacing. Here is a selection of our seasonal offerings. You can jump right over to our online store for the full selection, or start shopping by selecting any item featured below.

There are lots of easy ways to enjoy our produce – pick up at our farm in Cobble Hill or delivery via the Cow-op to the Cowichan Valley and Victoria. Cut off times for ordering pick-up plus delivery times and days are all provided to when you reach the order screen.

Lockwood Farms CSA

Eat with the rhythm of the seasons! Our CSA (community supported agriculture) program is still open for new members!

Experience what is is like to connect with your farmers and follow the cycles of nature by getting a weekly supply of local veggies grown with love, passion, and respect for mother earth.

Through the program, members pay an up front share for veggies grown throughout the season. This helps the farmers guarantee food reaches plates with minimal loses; you get to try a diverse range of top quality produce you may not have had before, gain knowledge of local farming practices, connect with the community and benefit from upcoming offers such as nursery, merchandise and gardening products.
